Classic Glazed Ham

Glazing a ham has never been simpler. Apricot jam is a perfect base for just about any glaze, be it meat or vegetable.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cooked ham on the bone

METHOD

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the Apricot Jam, sugar and Dijon mustard and spread all over the ham.
  2. Baste ham generously, bake and continue to glaze throughout the cooking process
