Four Pillars G&TPRINT RECIPE
Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass. Turn glass upside down onto a saucer of sugar. Shake off excess sugar and garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.
- 30mls gin (we used Four Pillars Gin)
- 15mls Barker’s Squeezed Lemon with Lime, Cucumber & Mint
- tonic water
- Shake the gin and syrup in an ice-filled shaker.
- Strain into a heavy tumbler filled with ice cubes.
- Top with tonic water.
