Lemon Curd Tarts

  • Instead of pastry shells use brandy baskets.

INGREDIENTS

  • 24 small 45mm sweet pastry shells (or 12x 60mm)
  • 1 cup Barker's Lemon Curd
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 6 strawberries, or a handful of fresh berries

METHOD

  1. Stir curd and yoghurt together in bowl.
  2. Spoon into pastry shells.
  3. Decorate with slices of fresh strawberries.
