Steamed PuddingsPRINT RECIPE
Steamed puddings are perfect winter warmers and baked in individual servings, a win win for portion control and catering by numbers!
- Lightly grease 4 mugs or microwave-safe moulds (½ cup capacity) with butter. Place 1 tablespoon of Lemon Curd in the bottom of each mould.
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Add the egg and Lemon Curd and mix well.
- Sift the flour and baking powder and mix.
- Pour into the prepared moulds and microwave on high for 4-5 mins.
