Steamed Puddings

Steamed puddings are perfect winter warmers and baked in individual servings, a win win for portion control and catering by numbers!

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Lightly grease 4 mugs or microwave-safe moulds (½ cup capacity) with butter. Place 1 tablespoon of Lemon Curd in the bottom of each mould.
  2. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Add the egg and Lemon Curd and mix well.
  3. Sift the flour and baking powder and mix.
  4. Pour into the prepared moulds and microwave on high for 4-5 mins.
