    • A classic jelly for the festive season, try marinating chicken or glazing ham with Barker's Cranberry Jelly as a base.
    • Homemade Ham Glaze: In a saucepan, warm together 2 Tbsp of  Barker's Squeezed Redcurrants with Cranberry & Pomegranate cordial and ½ cup Cranberry Jelly until jelly is dissolved. Decorate ham with cloves and glace/dried cherries or cranberries and brush over glaze.

    • Spread on chunky fresh or toasted bread and top with crumbled feta for an easy bruschetta starter
    • Mix with yoghurt or sour cream for a tasty and instant dip
