Craving dessert in a hurry? This quick air fryer apple crumble is packed with flavour from Barker’s Gingerbread Caramel Sauce and ready in just 10 minutes. All the comfort of a classic crumble — with way less effort.

Ingredients
Filling:
- 2 pink lady apples, cored and cubed
- 1/2 tsp corn flour
- Pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp Barker's Gingerbread Caramel Dessert Sauce
Crumble Topping:
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
Method
- In a bowl, toss apples with cornstarch, salt and Gingerbread Caramel Sauce. Divide into small ramekins.
- In another bowl, mix oats, flour, cinnamon, salt, butter, and maple syrup until crumbly.
- Spoon crumble over the apples.
- Air fry at 180°C for 8-10 mins until golden and bubbling.
- Serve with a scoop of ice cream and an extra drizzle of Barker’s Gingerbread Caramel Dessert Sauce.
