Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Barker's Strawberry Sundae Dessert Sauce
- 150 ml Sparkling Water
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- Pink Sprinkles
- Fresh Strawberries
Method
- Line the rim of your glass with honey, then dip it into pink sprinkles to coat.
- Pour the Barker’s Strawberry Sundae Dessert Sauce into the glass. Add the sparkling water and stir well. Tip: use a frother to make it extra bubbly.
- Slice the strawberries in half. Place two halves on a skewer, cut sides facing each other, to form a heart.
- Garnish your mocktail with the strawberry heart and serve immediately.
