Ingredients
- 4 Large bone-in pork chop
- Barker’s Plum & 5 Spice Marinade
- 2 tsp Olive oil
To serve
- Rice
- Steamed greens
- Fresh summer salad
Method
- Brush pork chops all over with Barker’s Plum & 5 Spice Marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Barbecue or pan fry on medium heat, adding oil as needed, for 4-5 minutes each side, until cooked through. Baste with extra Barker’s Plum & 5 Spice Marinade during cooking for additional flavour.
- Enjoy with rice and steamed greens or a fresh summer salad.
