Vanilla Berry Protein Smoothie

Breakfast smoothie? Healthy snack? How about both! This Vanilla Berry Protein Smoothie is a must try with our new Mixed Berry Smoothie Base. Make this smoothie with either milk or water.

Ingredients

  • 1 small Banana, frozen
  • 120 grams Frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup, optional Cold Milk
  • Or 1 cup Water
  • 50 ml Barker's Mixed Berry Smoothie Base
  • 2 Tbsp Vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chia seeds

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with extra berries, if desired. Serve immediately!

Tips

  1. Recipe is easily doubled to serve two people.
