A family favourite, made for sharing. We batch brew root ginger using a traditional fermentation method, until the spicy flavour's fully developed, (but before it turns alcoholic!) Then we add a touch of natural sweetener, which means less sugar and a clean, dry finish. Just add fizzy water and enjoy.

Directions for use

Dilute 1 part syrup to 6 parts sparkling or soda water; or to taste.
Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening.
