Ingredients
- 30 ml Barker’s Professional Brewed Apple Elderflower Premium Syrup
- soda water
- to garnish Apple
- to garnish Mint
- to garnish edible flowers
Method
- Pour 30ml Barker's NZ Apple & Elderflower Premium Soda Syrup, and top with soda.
- Garnish with a slice of apple mint and edible flowers.
- You can add 30ml Gin or Vodka if you fancy!
