Enjoy these Chicken Skewers smothered in Barker's NEW Nut-Free Satay Meal Sauce. All the satay goodness, none of the worries.

Ingredients

  • 800 grams Boneless, skinless chicken thighs (diced and seasoned)
  • 500 Barker's Nut-Free Satay Meal Sauce
  • Coriander and sesame seeds, to garnish (optional)
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • Jasmine rice, to serve

Method

  1. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  2. Barbecue, pan fry or bake until browned and cooked through.
  3. Pour meal sauce on top of the skewers and cook for 2 minutes, rotating the skewers halfway through.
  4. Garnish with coriander and sesame seeds to serve.
