These PB&J Baked Oats are a warm, tasty twist on the classic peanut butter and jam combo. Easy to make and naturally sweet, they’re perfect for breakfast or a snack. Just blend, bake, and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or any alt milk)
- 1 Tbsp Peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 heaped tsp Barker’s Strawberry Jam (plus extra for topping)
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (fan-forced). Lightly grease or spray 2 small ramekins or oven-safe bowls.
- In a blender, combine oats, banana, egg, milk, peanut butter, baking powder, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour mixture evenly into ramekins.
- Add a dollop of Barker’s Strawberry Jam and an extra swirl of peanut butter on top. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl it in a little.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
- Serve warm with an extra spoon of jam, a drizzle of peanut butter, or even a dollop of yoghurt.
