Try this delicious twist on traditional meatballs. Serve on spaghetti or mashed potato.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Moisten breadcrumbs with milk, then mix well with oil, chutney, mince and egg. (Use gluten free breadcrumbs if required)
  2. With wet hands divide into 6 large balls and insert cube of cheese into centre of each, remoulding to enclose.
  3. Place into frying pan with olive oil.
  4. Turn until all sides are golden brown.
  5. Serve with pasta sauce, hot buttered spaghetti, a shaving of parmesan and fresh basil.
