Strawberry Cold Foam Matcha

A refreshing twist on your matcha moment! Creamy strawberry foam meets smooth matcha over ice, with a swirl of Barker’s Strawberry Sundae Dessert Sauce and fresh strawberries. A layered delight that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.

Method

Make the Foam

  1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until very soft peaks form — don’t over-whip.
  2. Gently fold in Barker’s Strawberry Sundae Dessert Sauce until just combined. Set aside.

Prepare the Matcha

  1. Drizzle a spoonful of Barker’s Strawberry Sundae Dessert Sauce around the inside of a tall glass.
  2. Add ice cubes and a few chopped fresh strawberries.
  3. Pour in your milk, followed by the matcha.
  4. Give the strawberry foam a quick stir, then spoon it gently on top.

Serve & Sip

  1. Enjoy the stunning layers, creamy foam, and pop of strawberry flavour!
