Strawberry Cold Foam Matcha
A refreshing twist on your matcha moment! Creamy strawberry foam meets smooth matcha over ice, with a swirl of Barker’s Strawberry Sundae Dessert Sauce and fresh strawberries. A layered delight that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.

Ingredients
Strawberry Foam
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 Tbsp Barker's Sundae Strawberry Sauce
Matcha Base
- 1/2 tsp Matcha green tea powder
- 3/4 cup Warm water
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 3 piece Fresh strawberries, diced or sliced
- drizzle Barker's Sundae Strawberry Sauce
Method
Make the Foam
- 1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until very soft peaks form — don’t over-whip.
- 2. Gently fold in Barker’s Strawberry Sundae Dessert Sauce until just combined. Set aside.
Prepare the Matcha
- 1. Drizzle a spoonful of Barker’s Strawberry Sundae Dessert Sauce around the inside of a tall glass.
- 2. Add ice cubes and a few chopped fresh strawberries.
- 3. Pour in your milk, followed by the matcha.
- 4. Give the strawberry foam a quick stir, then spoon it gently on top.
