Strawberry Hand Pies

Little pies, big berry flavour! These homemade hand pies are the perfect grab-and-go treat – flaky, golden crust filled with berryliciousness.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry Squeezy Jam
  • Puff pastry

Method

  1. Defrost puff pastry accordingly.
  2. Cut into smaller rectangles.
  3. Cut some of the rectangles into thin strips.
  4. Squeeze Strawberry Squeezy Jam onto remaining rectangles of puff pastry.
  5. Layer the thin strips of puff pastry on top in any pattern you like.
  6. Seal the edges with a fork.
  7. Bake at 200C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Enjoy!
