Ingredients
- 250 g Digestive Biscuits
- 50 g Cream cheese, Softened
- 3 Tbsp Barker's Passionfruit Lemon Dessert Sauce
Method
- Add the biscuits to a food processor and blitz into fine crumbs. Spoon in the softened cream cheese and Barker’s Lemon Passionfruit Dessert Sauce, then blend again until the mixture comes together into a soft dough — it should be sticky and hold its shape when pressed.
- Use a tablespoon to portion the mixture, rolling each into a smooth ball with your hands. They’ll be soft at this stage, but don’t worry — they’ll firm up in the fridge.
- Place the truffles directly into a container or onto a baking paper–lined tray. Repeat with the remaining mix.
