New Yorker Mustard Relish
Category Winner of the 2016 NZ Food Awards, this mild, mustard-inspired relish has become is a firm family favourite. It uses NZ-grown apricots to balance sweetness against the tartness of mustard seeds and spices. Made in New Zealand

INGREDIENTS: NZ apricot 22%, NZ onion 15%, water, sugar (white, brown) NZ cauliflower 10%, cider vinegar, thickener (modified maize starch), mustard seeds 2%, canola oil, chickpeas, ginger, garlic, spices, salt, acetic acid.
Add some extra flavour to a cheese toastie, dollop on hotdogs to create an American touch or simply serve on the side with cold meats. Perfect swirled through savoury scrolls or cheese muffins.
